Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on February 06 2026 have considered and approved a proposal for making an investment by way of subscription to the equity shares of HEXA Energy MH1 Private Limited and Clean Max Lapland Private Limited as a condition for participation in the solar power project as per the agreements.
