The Board approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30 2020. A copy of the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results as approved by the Board is enclosed along with a copy of the Limited Review Report received from M/s Mehta Singhvi & Associates Statutory Auditors of the Company on the above financial results.
