Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2014 has granted 250,000 (Two lakhs fifty thousand) options to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries under 'ESOP Scheme 2013 ? Employees'.
Each vested option shall be convertible into One Equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at the exercise price. The vested options shall be exercisable within such period not exceeding five years from the date of the grant.
