Shri Aster Silicates: Updates on extension of time for holding the A G M

Shri Aster Silicates Ltd has informed BSE that in response to the application made for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting, the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat has sanctioned extension of time for holding the AGM upto December 31, 2016 (for Three months) in terms of section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
