Dhanlaxmi Cotex: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and "Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd.s Code of Conduct for Insiders" the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close for designated persons (as defined in the code) including their immediate relatives w.e.f. 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026.
