In compliance with the requirements of Regulation 39 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and further to our intimation dated 15th December 2021 about the loss of original share certificate we hereby inform that basis approval of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on 5th January 2022 the Company has cancelled the original share certificates and has issued the duplicate share certificates.
