Jointeca Education Solutions: Closure of Trading Window

With reference to the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 we are pleased to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives with effect from 01st April 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for year ended March 31st 2026.The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of Audited financial results would be intimated in due course.
