The Indian Hotels Company: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that following the approval of the Board of Directors of The Indian Hotels Company Limited ("Company" or "IHCL") a duly constituted Committee today approved the execution of certain definitive agreements by the Company together with its (step-down subsidiaries) namely ANK Hotels Private Limited ("ANK") and Pride Hospitality Private Limited ("Pride") to collectively acquire 51% stake in Brij Hospitality Private Limited.
