RDB Real Estate Constructions: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the trading window for trading/dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2026.
