Ceat Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 5 2021 through audio-visual means inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2021 and to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares if any for the year ended March 31 2021.
Further in accordance with the Companys communication dated March 27 2021 concerning intimation of closure of trading window the trading window shall remain closed until May 07 2021 and shall re-open on May 08 2021 unless communicated otherwise.
