Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Company has entered into following Supplementary Loan Agreements :1. Supplementary Loan Agreement dated 20th June 2023 to Original Loan Agreement dated 29th August 2018 between ISHAN TECHNICAL PLANT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Lender) and MONIND LIMITED (Borrower) for giving the right to convert the Loan into RPS. 2.Supplementary Loan Agreement dated 20th June 2023 to Original Loan Agreement 29th August 2018 between REAL TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Lender) and MONIND LIMITED (Borrower) for giving the right to convert the Loan into RPS. 3.Supplementary Loan Agreement dated 20th June 2023 to Original Loan Agreement 29th August 2018 between TALENTO TECHNICAL PLANT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Lender) and MONIND LIMITED (Borrower) for giving the right to convert Loan into RPS.
