Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems: Clarification Regarding Typographical Error In Scrutinizer'S Report Of The 16Th Annual General Meeting Held On September 18 2025.

This is with reference to the Scrutinizers Report submitted on September 18 2025 for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on the same date we wish to submit a clarification regarding an inadvertent typographical error. The typographical error pertains to the following line: Total number of shareholders on record date (i.e. as on the cut-off date September 11 2025) The number of shareholders was incorrectly mentioned as 5 510 237. The correct number of shareholders as on the record date i.e. September 11 2025 is 4501. We confirm that this clerical error is purely typographical and does not affect the voting results the resolutions passed or any other material aspect of the Scrutinizers Report. For your reference and record a clarification letter signed by the Scrutinizer confirming the correction is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
