USHER AGRO LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 inter alia to consider and approve We hereby inform you that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has been initiated in respect of Usher Agro Limited (The company) under the provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) by an order of National Company Law Tribunal with effect from March 21 2018.
As per section 17 of the IBC 2016 the powers of the Board of Directors stands suspended and such powers shall be vested with the Resolution Professional appointed for the company.
Pursuant tpo Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Resolution Professional on Thursday February 14 2019 at 05.00 PM will consider the unaudited financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended on December 31 2018.
