Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2012-2013, as recommended by the Board will be considered at the scheduled Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2013.
The said dividend, if declared, will be paid /dispatched on or after October 10, 2013.
