Further to our letter dated 20.01.2024 submitted before the Stock Exchanges relating to One Time Settlement (OTS) with Consortium Banks and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A to Schedule III to SEBI LODR we wish to inform you that approval for OTS from remaining 3 lenders namely Indian Bank Union Bank of India and Punjab National Bank have been received by TIL Limited on 01.02.2024.
