Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we submitted the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday 10thJuly 2026 for the meeting to be held on Thursday 06th August 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC). However the Company has issued a Further Addendum to the AGM Notice to include an additional item of Special Business relating to the proposal for shifting the Registered Office of the Company from the jurisdiction of one Registrar of Companies to another within the State of Delhi subject to the approval of the Members and the Regional Director.
