First Leasing Company of India: Change in Directorate

First Leasing Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that :

1. Mr. Farouk Iranis resignation from the position of Managing Director of the Company has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company. This acceptance of Mr. Farouk Iranis resignation will not in any way, absolve him of his duties and accountability to the Company, its stakeholders, Statutory Authorities and any other legal obligations that are likely to devolve on the Company due to the various acts of commissions and omissions during the tenure of his office from 1973 till date.

2. Justice S. Mohan, Former Judge, Supreme Court, has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) on the Board of the Company.

3. N C Rajagopal & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as a Special Auditors by Reserve Bank of India to carry out the Special Audit of Books of Accounts and transactions undertaken by the Company from the year ended March 31, 2010.
