1. Appoint Mrs. Pankti Bhansali as a woman director with effect from April 01, 2015.
2. Accepts Resignation of Mr. Rakesh Somani and Mr. Jagdish Mantri from Directorship of the Company with effect from April 01, 2015.
3. Appoint M/s. R. K. Somani & Associates as a Internal Auditor as per sec.138 of the Company act, 2013 for the F.Y. 2014-15.
