Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03 2019 inter alia to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31 2019.
2. To recommend Dividend if any on Equity Shares of the Company.
Further the trading window for the above purpose with respect to dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with immediate effect i.e. from April 03 2019 to May 05 2019 (both days inclusive) and shall open on May 06 2019.
