India Grid Trust Rights: De-Classification Of Sterlite Power Transmission Limited As A Sponsor Of India Grid Trust

Further to the intimation dated May 12 2023 and June 6 2023 please note that Securities and Exchange Board of India has granted its approval for de-classification of Sterlite Power Transmission Limited (SPTL) as a Sponsor of India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) vide its letter dated July 6 2023. Accordingly SPTL will be de-classified as a Sponsor of IndiGrid with effect from July 6 2023.
