Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2026;The REVISED date of the Board Meeting is Saturday 30th May 2026.Further please note that as intimated vide our earlier Notice the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys shares already stands closed from 01st April 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2026 to the Stock Exchanges in terms of Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
