With reference to your letter dated on 30th August, 2017, the Company has informing to BSE about adoption of Ind-As with effect from 1st April, 2017. In view of the same, the Board Meeting of the Company to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 will be held on or before 14th September, 2017.
