HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 issued on January 30 2026 and as amended from time to time and based on the Scrutinizers Report dated 07th September 2026 we wish to inform the Shareholders of the Company by means of special resolution passed through measn of postal ballot approved waiver of recovery of managerial remuneration paid to Mr. Salil Anupendra Chaturvedi in his capacity as Deputy Managing Director.
