In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Ministry of Railways vide its letter no 2020/E(O)ll/40/7 dated 06th October 2021 has appointed Shri Rahul Mithal (DIN-07610499) as Chairman &
Managing Director w.e.f. 07.10.2021 for a period of five years till the date of his superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier.
