A2Z Infra Engineering Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q3) ended 31st December 2019.
Further in view of the update in Meeting of the Board as aforesaid it is hereby informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
