Mazda: Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 along with the Notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on Thursday 18th September 2025 at 12.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means which is being sent to members through electronic means.
