This is with reference to our letter dated 7th March 2022 submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (LODR) Regulations 2015. We hereby inform you that the Pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement that the Company has sold its entire equity holding in Danlaw Technologies Inc (DTI) an overseas wholly owned subsidiary to SPML Ventures LLC. The transaction is completed on 30.03.2022. DTI has ceased to be the Companys wholly-owned subsidiary w.e.f. 30.03.2022.Disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 is attached as Annexure
