(DIN: 00012562) and Mr. Kiran Umrootkar (DIN: 00326672) Independent Directors of the Company retired at the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 24 2020.
The re-appointment of Mr. Telang and Mr. Umrootkar was made at the 29th AGM held on July 24 2019 for a period of 1 (One) year for a term up to conclusion of the 30th AGM.
