Unique Organics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2014, inter alia:
1. To consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2014, as reviewed by the Audit Committee and Statutory Auditors of the Company and to take on record the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
2. To consider and adopt the CSR Policy and recommendations of CSR committee.
