Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held today have approved the appointment of M/s. Sharp & Tannan Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No: 109982W) as statutory auditors to fill up the casual vacancy caused due to resignation of M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP Chartered Accountants and they shall hold office upto the conclusion of the ensuing Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) and thereafter for a period of three years from the conclusion of Twenty Fourth AGM up to the conclusion of Twenty Seventh AGM subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
