Board of Directors at their meeting held on 23rd March 2019 had approved the revised Code of Practices of Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information under Regulation 8(1) Chapter IV which has been amended to incorporate addition clauses mandated by the SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018.
