Eco Recycling: Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

The Board has approved the Appointment of Mr. Arvindra Singh Parmar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He will serve as KMP of the Company in accordance with the provision of Companies Act 2013.
