Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from the Office of the Superintendent of Central Tax Amaravathi CGST Division Guntur Vishakapatnam Andhra Pradesh imposing penalty on the Company. The above-mentioned order is related GST on outward supply pertaining to the financial year 2018-19. The details as required as per SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 are enclosed herewith
