Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith a copy of the newspaper advertisement published today i.e- February 21 2026 in accordance with SEBI circular no. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026 regarding the opening of special window for lodgment of the transfer requests of shares held in physical form.
