In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 14.08.2019 have inter alia considered and approved the following:

Approved the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 as recommended by the Audit Committee.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a copy of duly signed un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review report by statutory auditor of the Company thereon are attached herewith.
