The Board to consider and declare 2nd Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 if any. Pursuant to the regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Friday 20th February 2026 as Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the same.
