In continuation to our earlier letter dated December 02 2023 upon our appeal to the division bench of the Honble High Court of Madras the court directed us that there shall be order of interim stay of the order passed in execution petition number 92 of 2023 on a condition that the appellant depositing a sum of Rupees One Crore to the credit of OSA(CAD) no: 163 of 2023 on or before 14/12/2023.
