Please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017 has appointed Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from May 30, 2017. A brief profile of Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta is as follows :

Profile of Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta:
Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta, aged 61 years, joined Modern Road Makers Private Limited (EPC Arm) as Director ? Technical in 2008. He guides and directs the IRB Group in executing the projects. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University. He has approximately 36 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects. Prior to joining the IRB Group he was Chief Consultant in Stup Consultants Private Limited.
There is no inter se relationship between Mr. Mukeshlal Gupta and Directors of the Company.
