Pioneer Distilleries [Merged]: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of trading restrictions placed by the Companys Code of Internal Procedures Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders formulated in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 1st October 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2022.
