This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday February 05 2026 has inter alia considered and approved/declared 1st Interim Dividend @ 5% on face value i.e. Rs 0.50 /- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each on 90 85 64 850 equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 and has fixed Friday February 13 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26.
