Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received letter from Central Bank of India informing about the resignation of Mr. Anil Kumar Khadke as Nominee of Central Bank of India.
Thus, Mr. Anil Kumar Khadke stands withdrawn as Nominee Director of the Company w.e.f. March 15, 2013.
The aforesaid letter will be placed in the forthcoming Board meeting of the Company for approval of Board of Directors and to complete further formalities.
