Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 Circulars issued by Stock Exchange and Company code of Practices and Procedure for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated person and their Immediate Relatives from 1st April 2026 till the Conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year Ended March 31 2026
