Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Innova Captab Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday 23rd January 2026 inter-alia considered the following matters:1. Approval of the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.2. Declaration of Interim Dividend3. Fixation of Record date for the payment of interim dividend
