JSW Cement: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the "JSWCL Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" and in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 intimation regarding closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2026.
