1. Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 31.03.2017 along with the Audited results for entire financial year. Financial Results do not have any modified opinion/ qualification/ reservation/ adverse remarks.
2. Recommendation of dividend of Rs. 0.50/-per shares of F.V. of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
3. Intimation closure of Trading Window this is to inform that the trading window will open after 48 hours from the date of declaration of Financial Results of the company i.e. 01.06.2017.
4. Convening of the 22nd AGM of the Company on 1.08.2017.
5. Closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from 25.07.2017-1.08.2017.
6. Approval for setting up backward integration manufacturing plant.
