Ace Men Engg Works Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve (i) the draft Annual Report along with the necessary annexures thereof for the financial year ended March 31 2026;(ii) the draft Notice of the ensuing Annual General Meeting;(iii) to fix the date for book closure (Register of Members);(iv) to fix day date time and venue for Annual General Meeting of the Company;(v) the appointment of Scrutinizer for ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company; and(vi) any other business with the permission of the chair.
