Captain Polyplast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016
The agenda of the Meeting will be to consider:
- To consider and approve inter alia, the quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remains closed from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public) for all the Directors and designated employees.
