This is to inform you that the Board Meeting held today i.e. 13.11.2021 at 4.00 PM stands adjourned till tomorrow i.e. Sunday 14.11.2021 as the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021 has not been approved and recommended to the Board by the Audit Committee. The adjourned Audit Committee Meeting will be held tomorrow i.e. Sunday 14.11.2021.
The adjourned Board Meeting shall be held tomorrow i.e. Sunday 14.11.2021 at 2:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the 02nd quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.
