that Mr. K.M. Parikh Partner of M/s. M.M. Parikh & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm
Reg. no. 107557W) has submitted the letter of resignation from the post of Statutory
Auditors of the Company after the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the
Company scheduled to be convened on Friday the 27th September 2019 due to not
keeping good health on account of growing age. (enclosed).
