Further to our letters dated 23rd February 2021 and 24th February 2021 intimating loss of share certificate and submission of published notice of loss of share certificate we wish to inform you that the company has issued a duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original share certificate reported lost.
The aforesaid duplicate share certificate has been issued pursuant to the Circular Resolution passed by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on 17th March 2021 the said certificate was dispatched to the shareholder on 18th March 2021.
